Tatami room with three cats (←點我看介紹)

看看介紹與評價,感覺相當的好啊!eeb2b259e577cf97a0376efb0a05a242_w48_h48.gif

Ace

而房間位在公寓的四樓啊四樓!32568282fd18e14488d3acfa9a945245_w48_h48.gif

Ace

uyDbj.jpg

Monster

CIMG0355.JPG

Leo

CIMG0335.JPG

BB  (Big Boy)

CIMG0579.JPG

故在此我要送上一連串BB的塞奶照(新注音預設是塞奶罩....7678cd47238e599b07f6fb1182822c11_w48_h48.jpeg  )

CIMG0342_mr1465291396406.jpg

CIMG1091.JPG

我有一種專屬位置被貓搶走的感覺......595e665b3f8ec7de97d5a82044125126_w48_h48.gif  (哀怨)

Rebecca

English Version

CIMG1085_mr1464431936184.jpg

The main reason I named this trip "Tokyo Cat Tour" is because we chose to stay at this B&B for 3days

And they have 3 lovely cats.

It was our first time using the app, Airbnb

And I accidentally bump into this B&B with the name "Tatami room with three cats"

When I check on the reviews, it's all very positive!

The B&B located in Toyko, Sumida section, the nearest station is Kanegafuchi Station.

Although it needs to change train if you want to go to the main sites in Tokyo, but we don't really mind, we love taking trains, lol.

And it's the kind of B&B that I've always wanted to try, the kind that really live with the host.

Besides, many reviews mention that the host speaks great English and is easy to communicate.

The cats are all very friendly (←main reason)

And the price is fair, only $29 per night.

So I just booked it right away!

After booking, I started to communicate with the host---Ace.

I let him know that this is our first experience of Airbnb, and ask if there is something we need to be aware of?

Ace said that we only need to bring our own toothbrush, he will offer other toiletries like towel and shampoo and etc.

And we will be receiving a spare key.

He also mentioned that his wife Rebecca is actually on a vacation in US, and will be back on the same day we check-in (what a coincidence!)

Other then, there's nothing to be aware of.

But then, I received Ace's message that the elevator of their apartment will be under maintenance for the entire May!

That means there's no elevator to use while we live there, and the room is on 4th floors!

Ace said that he know we have big luggages, he will meet us at the station to help us with the luggages so that we don't have to carry too much while climbing stairs.

How sweet!

For better communication, we added each other's LINE.

On the day of check-in, we LINE Ace after we got on the metro, and saw Ace greeting us at Kanegafuchi Station right after we got off.

I have to say, that Ace really speaks good English!

He almost scared me with his perfect pronunciation, lol.

Probably one of the best among all the Japanese I knew. (Another is Furukawa Yuki, but I don't think I really knew him haha.)

The B&B is about 7mins walk from Kanegafuchi Station.

And just as expected, that the elevator is still under maintenance.

Can't help but wonder why it tooks so long to fix an elevator, lol.

3 big~big~cats show their welcome after we arrived

13396831_10154827789720606_1229706840_o.jpg

What a healing picture!

The house is about 60-70 square meters

With a balcony

CIMG0284.JPG

Our tatami room is behind the sliding door.

CIMG0290.JPG

The room is clean, you can smell the special aroma of grass due to the tatami floor.

Although the bed is on the floor, but the mattress and quilt is really soft and comfortable!

Completely cured my insomnia!

The wall is decorated by some Japanese style sundries.

CIMG0349.JPG

Free WiFi is available.

While I spent the whole afternoon chatting with Ace, my boyfriend quickly became friends with the cats!

CIMG0285.JPG

The reviews did not lie, the cats here are indeed friendly!

Let me introduce them one by one

This orange cat is Monster

CIMG0355.JPG

With special skill of opening the screen door, so make sure don't let him sneaks out!

Oh he also knows how to open the sliding door of tatami room, so it's no use even you close it, lol.

This tabby is Leo

CIMG0335.JPG

With short tail, short body, like a round round ball.

Loves the basket on the cat tree, although it seems a bit too small for his size....

This is BB, BB stands for Big Boy

CIMG0579.JPG

He is totally the lucky cat of this B&B!

Most friendly, close to everyone, love to sit on people's leg.

Being really affectionate.

So here I present you a series of BB's pictures

CIMG0342_mr1465291396406.jpg

Ugly face, lol.

goMeirongTemp_mr1465292050336.jpg

He didn't even give my boyfriend time to dry his hair

CIMG0329.JPG

Please don't act like I disturbed you guys okay? lol.

CIMG1091.JPG

I have a feeling of being replaced.....

CIMG1088.JPG

Besides the cats, Ace and Rebecca are both friendly too.

The benefit of living in a B&B like this is that you get to communicate with people of different culture and know their story, it's really interesting!

Ace is Japanese, met Rebecca while he studied abroad in US, they got married and chose to live in Japan.

Rebecca is a professional coser, she said she likes Sailor Moon the best and her room is filled with related products!

No wonder the two of them are so match!

Ace and Rebecca are also very willing to help, you can tell them if you have any need.

They helped print out disney e-ticket for us, we really appreciate that!

Ace even invited us to PIXAR exhibition!

Unfortunately, Rebecca caught a cold and not feeling well after she came back from US, so it's a pity we have to cancelled it.

As for the enviornment, I think you need to be aware that although Ace and Rebecca try their best to keep the room clean, but with 3 cats, you just can't avoid cat hair!

Me and my boyfriend are used to cat hair so we're totally fine, but if you really care, don't challenge yourself just because the cats are cute, lol.

Over all, this place makes us feel like "home" and relax.

A place you will miss after leaving it

Must say, after a long day of walking, this is the kind of picture that can make your tiredness go away!

CIMG0619.JPG

Highly recommond to those who truly love cats, a new choice to stay in Tokyo, Japan.

CIMG0333.JPG

P.S.

To live in a B&B like this, don't forget to be a caring guest!

Although Ace and Rebecca are nice and said nothing about rules, but I think to keep the room tidy, lower the voice at night, treat the cats gently and etc.

These are basic manners that we should spontaneously do.

I believed as long as you communicate with good attitude, you will enjoy a wonderful time here like we did.

People-to-people diplomacy, starts from you and me.
